About the Role
At Urgenci, our Sourcing team is focused on getting the right candidate in the door, at the right time.
We believe all good results begin with nuanced and in depth research to identify and attract talent that specifically matches our clients’ needs, ensuring time and resources are maximized across the hiring process. We focus on market research and devise targeted sourcing strategies to find the right candidate.
We support hiring across Architecture, Platform/Software/Data/AI/ML Engineering, Cyber Security, Product Management, UX, Program Management and much more!

Reporting to the Head of Research and Sourcing, you will:
+ Collaborate with our Client Talent Leads to assess hiring needs and carry out sourcing plans
+ Conduct market research to understand hiring trends across multiple industries to target talent
+ Research and source profiles/resumes from various channels, with a focus on internet and networking research, for skills and experience in support of ongoing hiring needs
+ Use sourcing and search tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Boolean search strings, etc) to find and acquire talent
+ Identify, engage and qualify passive candidates against the success criteria
+ Produce lists of high-quality passive candidates for our Client Talent Leads
+ Maintain, update and track recruitment activities via an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with resumes, applicant information, interview schedules, and screen feedback
+ Deliver a superior level of customer service to candidates as well as your internal team
+ Ensure an exceptional candidate experience to impart a positive impression of Urgenci
+ 2-3 years of experience focused on heavy technical sourcing
+ Knowledge of technology terms and a passion to expand that knowledge-base
+ Energized by research & intellectual curiosity
+ Demonstrate resourcefulness, flexibility, and ability to adapt
+ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
+ Comfortable using new technologies and research methods
+ Proven ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
